Green Line Benefits, a health & life benefits broker, is partnered with Bova Yoga & Wellness, LLC to host a free virtual sound bath to ALL via Zoom every Friday at 12pm EST for 15-minutes —a short butpowerful reset designed for busy professionals. Plug in a pair of head phones to tune in and tune up your overall frequency & focus! Why Sound Healing? Sound baths can help:
