Virtual Yin Yoga - Supported By The Wall
This all-levels experience
(guided by Danny & demoed by Carla) is centered around heart and hip opening, using the wall as a supportive tool to enhance stability, depth, and ease. Through slow, mindful holds, you’ll explore gentle expansion in areas where we often store tension, allowing for both physical release and emotional opening. Perfect for anyone seeking a grounding, accessible, and deeply nourishing practice in the comfort of their own home. Benefits include:

We will close out with a sound healing Savasana utlizing crystal singing bowls - headphones are recommended for the best experience of the sound!
